Joe Falkenstein is a seasoned finance professional with over 30 years of experience investing in and supporting Entrepreneurs. Joe’s multi-faceted career in strategic finance includes Big 4 accounting and consulting, venture capital investing, private equity, and operations, as a sitting CFO and COO. Joe has participated in over a hundred M&A transactions and financings. He has held numerous Board of Directors seats, including audit committee chairmanships, in the software, healthcare, internet and business services industries.
